Hundreds of Schools Closed
Normally, if your school was closed for a day, you'd be very pleased, especially the staff. But this event is very different, unlike anything before. Hundreds of schools over Wales and England have been protesting because their opinion is their wages are very low. Many teachers protested because of the government's persuassion of 2.45% increase. Teachers want 4.1%. Armed with booming stereos and protest banners, a massive shock for the council's education advisors.
